Important Notice

●

Please check whether your home university has an exchange agreement with NTNU. If yes, please note that you should be nominated by your home university’s exchange coordinator.

●

Required documents:

●	Application form – Signed and attach 2 passport-size photos
●	Photocopy of applicant's passport x 1
●	Letters of recommendation x 1
●	Study plan (approx. 800 to 1000 words)
●	Official academic transcripts x 1 (for undergraduate or graduate studies).
●	Student ID or enrollment certificate x 1 *All the documents must be either in English or Chinese.

●

To complete the application process, please have all the application forms and required documents ready and submit to the exchange coordinator.

●

大陸地區學生、或持中國人民共和國護照但居住海外學生，需另外繳交(1)大陸地區人民入出臺灣地區申請書，(2) 在學證明正本一份
注意：大陸地區人民入出臺灣地區申請書 (1) 請使用此連結表格，(2) 請確實詳細填寫， (3)「英文姓名」一欄：請填寫與正式文件相同之英文姓名；「證照資料」一欄：如無護照則不需填寫， (4) 黏貼符合規定之照片，照片上方：同意已簡訊方式通知核准，手機號碼請勿填寫，(5) 反面黏貼身分證影本及簽名。
